A V-belt has a unique shape designed to prevent it from slipping off a grooved pulley. Finding V-belt size when unknown is a fairly simple process. Whether the belt is just missing, and no size is available, or whether you have created a custom bracket or pulley system and need to determine belt size, the steps are the same.
